RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of product, and mail the product back to us within 14 days of receipt of product. We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items
For all returns/exchanges you must have completed our return/exchange/repair form prior to mailing back your item. If we have not previously corresponded regarding your return/exchange, we will be in touch within 72 hours once your form has been submitted. Please do not mail items back to us until we have acknowledged your request. All items for return/exchange must be postmarked back to us within 14 days of delivery of products. We will NOT accept items postmarked after this time period.
We try to make sure that all pictures are as accurate as possible, but please understand that there may be colour variations from screen-to-screen, lighting, etc. We will not cover the cost of shipping any good returned or exchanged due to colour.
CONDITION OF GOODS
Any items returned to us must be in brand new condition. Items received for return that have been broken-in, are scratched, dirty or damaged will be offered to be shipped back, at the expense of the buyer, and no refund or exchange shall be given. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
Ready to wear items include : standard buckle collars 1'';3/4'';5/8 and leashes
These items can be returned for a full refund or purchase price, less shipping price
If you'd like to exchange an item, the cost of the exchanged item ( less shipping fees) will be applied toward the cost of the new item
Any items that have been worn or broken are nor eligible for refund or exchnage
Made to order items include : All 1.5''/2'' collars, patterned, martingales, slip, spike, color-block and duo-block collars.
Due to their significant amount of customization available during design process for the above mentioned items, we cannot issue full refunds on any our made to order items
A 20% remake fee will apply to all exchanges
A 40% restocking fee will apply to all returns
Due to the cost of time and materials, we do not accept returns/exchanges on ANY custom and personalized collars. All sale are final.
We do not cover shipping charges on returns or exchanges for any reason (unless we mistakenly sent you incorrect or defective item; in that case, please let us know!)
Do not forget to include a slip of paper in your return/exchange envelope with your name and order number.
For exchange, please allow 7-10 business days once we receive your item for request to be processed and a new item crafted. Tracking information will be emailed to you when a shipping label is generated.
